IBM’s Corporate Social Responsibility program has focused on strengthening education and skills to enable the inclusive and resilient workforce. IBM has launched SkillsBuild, a global initiative to strengthen workforce talent,promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplaces. The SkillsBuild platform provides to non-IT and IT adult workers a 6-month IBM state-of-the-art, project-based learningprogram build-to-suit an entry-level hot IT work demand that learners can actually apply for, such as Data Analyst, Web Developer or Cyber Security Professional.
